New Videos and Website coming soon!

I am heading out to the Fiery Food Festival in Albuquerque, NM this weekend. Josh will not be joining me for this trip since he is not prepared for the hot sauce that will be at the show yet. Although, I am sure I will be bringing home many new sauces to review and I plan to record a lot of video footage.

Within the next couple weeks we will have our new website up and running which will have a more streamlined and all around nicer layout. I will let all of our subscribers know via email once we have the new site up and running.

Also, we have our new logo complete and our first round of shirts sold out before they arrived. Stay tuned, there will be many exciting changes coming in the near future.

D. L. Jardine's Blazin Saddle Habanero Pepper Sauce Review

Mike: D.L. Jardine's Blazin Saddle hot sauce was not very good on a chip. The flavor was quite sour and the sauce didn't have much heat. I have tried this sauce with some other food items and it doesn't taste as sour, but this still would not be a top choice for me. I also feel that the XXX HOT on the label seems a little exaggerated. I am rating this sauce a 3 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Josh: Blazin Saddle had a very sour taste, I did not like the flavor at all. It had a little bit of heat to it, somewhat comparable to Tabasco sauce. I am rating the heat a 4 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Mike and Isaias eat Habaneros

Isaias and I were having some homemade pico de gallo with jalapenos and habaneros in it and we did not feel it was spicy enough, so we decided to eat the remaining habanero peppers by themselves. The habaneros were pretty spicy, but not as hot as I thought the peppers would be. Josh and I will be eating habaneros at a later time, I thought I would put this one up for your enjoyment.

Pyro-Mania Hot Sauce Review

Mike: Pyro-Mania Hot sauce has a good flavor if you are a fan of chipotle flavor sauces. This sauce was good on chips just like salsa. The sauce has a little bit of heat to it, although I did not think it was hot enough to be in the Tijuana Flats Death Pack labeled "Hottest Sauces in the World". I am rating this sauce a 3 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Josh: Pyro-Mania hot sauce had a little bit of heat to it, but I don't think it is hot enough for the Tijuana Flats Death Pack. I am rating this sauce a 4 out of 10.

Buffalo Jalapeno Mexican Hot Sauce Review

Mike: The Buffalo Jalapeno Mexican Hot Sauce was really quite a let down. On the bottle it says, "very hot" and the sauce was not hot at all. The flavor of the sauce is very similar to ketchup. For those of you who have had ketchup potato chips, I thought this sauce on a chip tasted just like them. If you have a very low heat tolerance and like ketchup, this sauce may be for you. I am rating this sauce a 1 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Josh: Buffalo Jalapeno Mexican Hot Sauce was not hot at all. It tasted very comparable to ketchup. If you are looking for some heat, do not buy this hot sauce. I am rating this sauce a 2 out of 10 on the heat scale.
