- My name is Mike, the hot sauce guru. I love eating spicy food and I am always looking for good hot sauce. My brother Josh avoids hot sauce completely, but has decided to work with me on this site reviewing hot sauce. Josh and I together provide a good perspective from both ends of the heat spectrum. This is the video of our Cholula trial. This is Josh's first real experience with hot sauce. Josh had alittle bit of a challenge with Cholula! This is going to be very interesting as we get into some of the hotter sauces.
