New Videos and Website coming soon!

I am heading out to the Fiery Food Festival in Albuquerque, NM this weekend. Josh will not be joining me for this trip since he is not prepared for the hot sauce that will be at the show yet. Although, I am sure I will be bringing home many new sauces to review and I plan to record a lot of video footage.

Within the next couple weeks we will have our new website up and running which will have a more streamlined and all around nicer layout. I will let all of our subscribers know via email once we have the new site up and running.

Also, we have our new logo complete and our first round of shirts sold out before they arrived. Stay tuned, there will be many exciting changes coming in the near future.

D. L. Jardine's Blazin Saddle Habanero Pepper Sauce Review

Mike: D.L. Jardine's Blazin Saddle hot sauce was not very good on a chip. The flavor was quite sour and the sauce didn't have much heat. I have tried this sauce with some other food items and it doesn't taste as sour, but this still would not be a top choice for me. I also feel that the XXX HOT on the label seems a little exaggerated. I am rating this sauce a 3 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Josh: Blazin Saddle had a very sour taste, I did not like the flavor at all. It had a little bit of heat to it, somewhat comparable to Tabasco sauce. I am rating the heat a 4 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Mike and Isaias eat Habaneros

Isaias and I were having some homemade pico de gallo with jalapenos and habaneros in it and we did not feel it was spicy enough, so we decided to eat the remaining habanero peppers by themselves. The habaneros were pretty spicy, but not as hot as I thought the peppers would be. Josh and I will be eating habaneros at a later time, I thought I would put this one up for your enjoyment.

Pyro-Mania Hot Sauce Review

Mike: Pyro-Mania Hot sauce has a good flavor if you are a fan of chipotle flavor sauces. This sauce was good on chips just like salsa. The sauce has a little bit of heat to it, although I did not think it was hot enough to be in the Tijuana Flats Death Pack labeled "Hottest Sauces in the World". I am rating this sauce a 3 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Josh: Pyro-Mania hot sauce had a little bit of heat to it, but I don't think it is hot enough for the Tijuana Flats Death Pack. I am rating this sauce a 4 out of 10.

Buffalo Jalapeno Mexican Hot Sauce Review

Mike: The Buffalo Jalapeno Mexican Hot Sauce was really quite a let down. On the bottle it says, "very hot" and the sauce was not hot at all. The flavor of the sauce is very similar to ketchup. For those of you who have had ketchup potato chips, I thought this sauce on a chip tasted just like them. If you have a very low heat tolerance and like ketchup, this sauce may be for you. I am rating this sauce a 1 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Josh: Buffalo Jalapeno Mexican Hot Sauce was not hot at all. It tasted very comparable to ketchup. If you are looking for some heat, do not buy this hot sauce. I am rating this sauce a 2 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Jalapeno Pepper Video

Jalapeno Pepper Review

Mike: The jalapeno pepper has a pretty good flavor, similar to a green pepper with some spice. The heat of the pepper can vary quite a bit, the peppers that we ate had a decent amount of heat. I am rating the jalapeno a 5 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Josh: This was the first pepper I have ever tasted raw. The jalapeno pepper took me by surprise, it was extremely hot. I did not like the flavor or the heat. I am rating the jalapeno a 7 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Hooters 911 hot wing video

Hooters 911 Hot wing trial

Mike: The Hooter's 911 hot wings had good flavor. The wings were not hot at all though, considering these wings were supposed to be hotter than the normal hot wings. I am rating these wings a 3 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Josh: Going into this trial, I imagined that Hooters' hottest wings would be almost unbearable for me. The wings definitely were not as hot as I had expected, although I did struggle a little bit to finish all five. The flavor of the wings was pretty good until we added the extra sauce. I am rating the wings a 4 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Genuine One Drop Blazzin Gourmet All Natural Hot Sauce Video

Genuine One Drop Blazzin Gourmet All Natural Hot Sauce Review

Mike: Genuine One Drop hot sauce has a very sweet unique flavor that peaks off very quickly and seems a little bland in the end. You can eat this sauce with chips like salsa since it isn't very spicy, despite how the label sounds. I am rating this sauce a 4 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Josh: I thought this sauce was very sweet and just a little spicy. Tabasco sauce was worse than this one. I am rating this a 5 out of 10 on the heat scale.

Camera incident

We had the best trial so far. The sauce was hot enough to make my eyes water and caused Josh to throw up. Somehow we lost the video when uploading to our computer and now the camera isn't working. Josh is not looking forward to trying that sauce again!!

We are trying to salvage the video and getting a new camera. I just wanted to let everyone know why there hasn't been any new trial posts in a couple weeks. We should have some new videos up soon!
